Inspired by the flow of the Hebridean river The Kilmartin, Geraldine van Heemstra’s collaborative work ‘Uisge’ has also become the source for a recent series of works on paper. ‘An Inbhir’ Series II & III are watercolour monotypes created in response to music and water, reflections on our current landscape. Artwork by Geraldine van Heemstra and Piano composition by Stuart Walter Mitchell. This artwork is presented by the Wilderness Art Collective for the 'Wilderness for the Mind' exhibition.

The ‘Wilderness for the mind’ exhibition brings together the works of 31 artists from the Wilderness Art Collective, highlighting the connection between nature and mental wellbeing at this strange and unprecedented time. The exhibition runs from 12 June - 3 July and is accompanied by a programme of behind the scenes interviews, studio visits and artist demonstrations.
