CROSSING THE MINCH
My recent adventure with Sail Britain was a unique voyage on board Merlin for the Dark Ocean Residency, an experiential journey into the heart and imagination of the sea. We sailed from Stornoway to Mallaig diving into the myths and narratives of the ancestral sea. I am creating a logbook from sketches and windetchings made during the week, gathering material from fellow crew members in the form of poems, writings and thoughts.
